ZANSHIN MARTIAL ARTS - PRICES

Zanshin Martial Arts has a simple yet flexible pricing structure. There’s no annual or term fees, and there’s no minimum number of classes. You don’t pay for any classes you miss.

If you are training once a week the nightly fee is the cheapest option, but if you are starting to attend 2 or more classes a week then our Monthly fee is a great discount. Train as many times as you like for a calendar month. Your training card will get a stamp which you show at each class you attend. 1

Uniforms/Training Wear

Zanshin students train in a martial arts uniform, which comprises a jacket, pants, and a belt. Uniforms are Zanshin branded, and promote the unity of our club.

A full uniform, including the white belt, is included in the initial Zanshin Membership cost - new members don’t need to buy one separately.

Cotton Uniform: $80

New Zanshin-branded uniforms can be purchased separately if needed. The cotton uniforms are comfortable to train in, easy to wash, and perfect for training in both summer and winter.

T-Shirt: $40

Students can optionally train in a Zanshin-branded T-shirt, made from a dry-weave, wicking material, which is more comfortable in the warmer months and is easy to wash and dry (Or can be worn under the gi jacket in the cold).

Canvas Uniform: $170

Students graded to senior blue belt rank should wear the heavier weight canvas uniform, which is harder wearing, for the more intense training in the higher ranks. They consist of a embroidered, Zanshin-branded jacket and pants. Canvas uniforms are a requirement for grading past blue belt.

Woven Uniform: $110

Students graded to senior brown belt rank are permitted to wear a woven uniform to the advanced Ai Ki class, comprising an embroidered, Zanshin-branded, woven jacket and pants with reinforced knees. This uniform is more suitable for the grappling, holds, and floorwork at this class. Woven uniforms are not mandatory for the Ai Ki class, but are recommended, especially at the dan grades.

Grading

Zanshin grading fees are all inclusive - attendance, materials, and belt/stripes. They are transferrable to subsequent gradings if a student is for some reason unable to attend a grading - they’re not lost.
